hi,
im concidering installing hood pins/locks as i need to remove the original hood lock which is opened by wire by the dash.
ive seen a few e21s with aerocatch and they are attached in the front end of the bonnet. i guess thats because the rear end still uses the original locking mechanism?
my question is, since the hood is folded down and kind of slided backwards towards the windscreen and then pushed downwards....is there anything special to concider since the hood is sort of sliding backwards before closing?
any one have made this install?
