Hello everybody, my name is Stefan. I found out about this forum from a buddy on another forum "BMW Auto Klub Srbija" (BMW Car Club Serbia- member of BMW Clubs Europe)
I am 20 years old electronics student from Belgrade (Serbia).I am studying new computing technology.
Like everybody here I am a fan of BMW and E21 model, also i am a proud owner of BMW E21 320/6 from '83.
Every real e21 fan would notice that something is wrong with model and year of my car becouse 320/6 production stoped in '82.... well the engine is from '79 but the body's from '83.
Previous owner changed the engine.
When i got the car two years ago it was in a bad condition (almost for scrapyard), but i decided to try to make a decent car out of it becouse i love e21. So my friend and i where working on the car for the last year (when we find some free time, few days per month, mostly weekends), and i expect it to be finished during next month.
I will post theme about the car in proper area when i find some free time.
Here's my facebook link:

Here few pics of me and my e21:

Aside from an altitude adjustment its pretty much a stock 316 carb with 5-speed 'box at present but currently in the process of building up a later E30 1800inj motor with added boost :crazy which may find its way into this OR possibly into another car that im currently looking at

Cheers

Hi there, I'm Toby. I've been on this forum for a while but not yet properly introduced myself. So I'm making amends!

I bought my E21 316 from Marneus back in 2010 (it was formerly drjim's car). The E21 is definitely the best car I've ever owned! but is off the road right now due to a wee ding and lack of money. My other loves are my NC30 Honda and 1960s Mercier bicycle. I did an MEng in automotive engineering at Loughborough University but decided to go into research rather than the industry and am currently doing a PhD. My work is no longer car-related but I'm as much a petrol head as ever!

I'll be getting the E21 back on the road soon and will start a proper build thread. But for now...

Shortly after buying it. that' my mate's mk2 Escort behind - right now it's in the middle of a ridiculously high-spec build.

After my little incident.

Welcome here Stijn! If you have some spare time please make a nice presentation of your E21 in the Owner's Gallery. Enjoy your cars, and the forum!

Hi folks

Richard from Auckland New Zealand.

It's been suggested that I join the forum as I'm building a Group 5 styled E21 for trackdays and perhaps hillclimbs. The Jagermeister/Faltz/Han Stuck car is the inspiration (and the 1M my wife bought for me 2 years ago - orange of course). I don't have much of a budget so it's made from bits of recycled BMW's and bits Iv'e made. Started work last Christmas. Have facebook page for the build if anybody is interested in having a look.

Thanks

Richard
