Facelift front subframe swap-suggestions?

My car is a 1977 (pre facelift)
It seems that suspension parts such as front wishbones can be found only for the facelift models nowadays
Not to mention that the 25mm front sway bars (which I would like to fit) that can be found are also only for facelift models

So I have started thinking about swapping the front subframe, in order to fit facelift front suspension and put an end (?) to these problems

Any suggestions -opinions ?

And what else is needed to do it?

Thdn you'll need to swap the whole shabang, everything that is attached, subframe, struts the works.
