This Fell in my LAP, and I am trying to find more information on the Actual production numbers to see how Rare it really is? Any Info would be appreciated!

If you want to check the VIN number use this:
http://e34.de/vin/

Then you know the production date of your car.

sorry didn't read good.

Check http://www.bmwe21.net/ and look on the left for the US 320i & 320iS for production numbers.

Did BMW keep track of how many were built with the "S" Package? How Many were built in the Hennarot Color?

I found the "S" package information, @ 2500 units world wide? No wonder a Guy on Ebay wants $1400 USD for a LSD Rear-End! Hopefully this car is NOT worth more Money DEAD than Alive! I hate that!
