Almost bolt on 4 piston caliper and 280x25 disk
are those volvo 240 calipers? and wich discs have you used?

I will try to modify arches so its not that easy to notice. will see can that do. If e21 axle that not that bad. This e28 axle is 20mm wider on one side.
