If you buy cheap circular saws you dont cut very long. :wtf :wtf :wtf So i cant finish cutting out sidepanel :? :?

TIP use the very thin cutting discs, you'll grind much less material away and the thin discs last much longer/ cut more meters per disc

Now the inside and outside fender are cut out. Next time i do some repairs and weld in the new one.

Yes it is a little bit better then the other side but there are some rustholes.

Of course. All e21 have rust between those seams. All. Even the ones that only have 1000km on the counter. Even the ones at the bmw classic centre.

But given that fact, and given the rest of the condition of your car, this is in very good condition.
