It's like christmas, more parts arrived today, rear boot panel, other drivers sided outer half of the wheel tub, another pattern sill panel, some new spot weld drills, 1mm cut off discs and flap grindidng discs.
next on the to do list is to start cleaning the engine bay and removing sound proofing/under seal.
then onto building a spit roast. :banana

Where did you buy the rear boot panel from?
Mine is a bit crumpled from a rear end collision (happened before I bought the car), and I've looked on the Walloth and Nesch website but can't find that particular panel, just the lower half under the bumper.

Good project btw. Keep the pics coming..

started to clean up the shell a bit today,
found that white spirits remove the black wax/underseal stuff quite well,

removed 90% of sound proofing, just the drivers footwell to do, then little bits in the boot, but most will be removed when the new panels are put on the back.

this is how much i have removed so far

and only some mild burns. :loll

got a new set of alloys now as well, so thats spending finished till after x-mas, unless its on tools, just good old graft from now on.
16x7j and 16x8.5j, if they dont fit i will make them fit.
3 piece, billet centers.
Image
195 font 205 rear so a nice bit of stretch, and rolled arches i think.
et is around 20mm
centers will be re coated and modified to look a bit nicer as well.
