Is that the Sunroof drain hose I see there?? I didnt have one, also didnt have a sunroof! just wondering.
Sills look similar condition to what mine where like. 1mm cut discs are a god send.
Did you cut a hole in the inner wing patch repair panel? I think water drains out from the front scuttle panel through it.

Spend about 2 hours fixing the inner front wing.

Its been a while with the welder, but hey thats why they make grinding discs



Gave it a coat of matte black Hammerite after this pic was taken

I didnt see one in the painted picture.
