Great job mate! No expenses spared, right the first time ey?

So, yes, keep them pics coming until the end!

You had professional help with building, balancing, etc?

Also interested in parts specs, what did you use... and we'll be more than interested how she runs after all this!

It must be perfect from the first time !

I did the building myself with the help from my brother.
The balancing and new bore was done by a pro. I dont have the machines for it.

Specs ... what do you want to know? :P

OK well even though it doesn't look like I will be needing a rebuild in the near future, I might want to ask again when my engine's up for a rebuild. Thinking about having a look at the conrod bearings (drijfstanglagers) though.

About the oil pump, I've heard that the stock S14 oil pump is more sensitive for wear (return valve) hence people advice to place the Sportevo pump. Is that what you fitted?

Can't wait to see and her your machine again, good luck with the last bits 'n bobs!

If I can help, let me know

The sportevo pump has no anti-return valve I think ...
But gives 5 bar.
I have placed an extra washer to increase the oil pressure on the new stock pump.
