little bit done today while i was waiting for brake parts
i fitted the freshly powdercoated arb and front polybushes.
much easier than the rears as you can just use longer bolts to force the bushes in
Need to stonechip the front of the tunnel tomorrow before the sound deadening goes on

Looking good there Jim
I'd let it hibernate in that garage for a few months when you've finished, rather than get it covered in salt and road grime over the winter.

M52 time
Started replacing all the seals on the engine and built my m50 manifold, changed the green injectors for
the 2.8 pink ones and fitted new seals . changed the seal and fitted the m52 throttle body with an m20
cable attached.
New crank seal and sump gasket to go on the e34 sump
Took the old sump off and the oil pick up then removed the bracket on the windage tray to clear the
new sump
Fitted the e34 pickup with a new gasket and removed the unwanted windage tray from the new sump

ground the remaing rivet heads off and test fitted the sump before it gets steam cleaned
old pilot bearing out and the new one in
made much easier by my friends slide hammer
allso fitted the engine bay brake pipes after they were cleaned and painted body colour but
forgot to get a pic
