Hopefully sorted it out ?
Keeping my fingers crossed from this morning.
My mechanic did not have any copper grease, though...He used graphite grease instead...Anyone knowing whether this would have the same result?

Should do.Copper grease has a high 'melting' point making it ideal for use on brake components.. I would imagine graphite grease has similar qualities. IIRC some brake pads I've bought in the past came with a little packet of the stuff.

I've never heard that one! Squeeky brakes should be on race cars only before they are up to temp, any other time ans you've got issues. lol

It was more of a joke but I'm guessing you have a sticky piston in one of your calipers thats causing it to bind or you have an issue with your servo, if it's coming from a certain wheel I'd be inclined to take the caliper off and see how free the piston moves - it sholdnt take a lot to move it back into the caliper. It maybe worthwhile getting a mate to help, take the caliper off and remove the pads and get someone to pump the brake pedal while you observe and make sure to tell him to stop before they pop the piston out. Then see how easy it is to pull back in fully.

Well yesterday, when the mechanic took the pads out in order to grease them, he told me that they haven't yet been pressed almost @ all.
So, he believes that this is the reason...
I think I should wait (and be patient!!) for a few more kms before starting looking into the matter again...

New Electric windows!!!
I know, I am going away from retro look and style...
However, this upgrade is (like 98% of the rest I 've done)almost fully reversible, (works with factory window mechanisms, I have kept the old windows manual handlles etc), and what is more, I just LOVE IT, couldn't resist doing it!!!
(Mark, what does "pushed the fecker" mean, exactly??)

There also have electric locks been added, that work in very smart combination with car's alarm system, and also: when the key is turned just before ignition, (second stop) doors lock automatically, and when the car is turned down (1st stop) doors are automatically unlocked.
What is more, an extra switch was added in order to lock-unlock the doors from the inside, without having to open the doors or turn on or off the car...

Oh, yes:
The extra lock-unlock button was added some days after those pics were done, so, I will post pics of this later.
Also, the switches can be seen all around at the moment this happens because I asked the electrician to do so.
A housing box is being prepared which will take some time...Pics when ready!!!

I had to push the car, after it broke down, and I was a little displeased / unhappy. ;)

That looks really nice Petro, are you going to get it vinyl wrapped in black? You should think about getting some more made - it would make a nice reversible upgrade
