Cleaned the sump and fitted it with a new gasket today, along with the m20 flywheel and clutch

Mounted the gearbox to the engine today along with the m20 starter motor subframe and
steering rack. Got the car on the ramp first and stripped the front end off then put the engine and box on the dolly

had to grind a bit off the block so the starter sat straight

allso got the last two brake lines on and stone chipped the rest of the underside

Sump will need to be modified,it needs to be fitted in the car first so i can see the angle it sits at and how much i need to lose.
borrowed the e30 m20 mount idea from nige21 as it gave him more clearance over the steering rack.

Final large parts fitted before it gets stored. Engine gearbox and prop all on :boogie
The stone chip has dried now and looks great just need to bolt the front brake lines and cluth up

upol gravitex. sprayed through a gun, it drys to a matte finish so you can still see all the detail and you can
paint over it if you want
i need to get some good shots of the underside, you can just make it out in this one

yes it is, if you read the posts its been fitted to determine the level it needs to be cut at :thumbsup
and so i can start the car when all the small bits are sorted because im a big kid and cant wait :playcar
