Hahahaa, no, that's no problem, I just cruise along on my own pace. My pics will be back in a while. But in the meantime, if you need anything, pics of whatever, just pm me.

Some fantastic work going on here.
My only question/ concern is
i don't think there is any original panel left on this S edition.
So for those people like myself who like originality on a car. To me how ever fantastic and brilliant this car will be when finished this to me is the same as a re shell.
So the question is does this affect the value

The parts are always OEM parts from BMW if they were avalable! I dont think there is another way to restore?!?
If you want to get an original unrestored e21 you have to search a Long Time and costs a lot of money!!! But where is the fun? It is a Hobby to restore Old BMWs - Not Even buy them!
The feeling of driving the First time of your own restored car is awesome!

yes i agree with you as i restored my S edition about 3 years ago with all original bmw parts from main dealer.
But thankfully not as bad as yours.
So it still has majority of its original body panels.
And the car always makes me feel good when driving it and even just seeing it parked up.

Well step by step, right? How did you close the triangular gap between the B-pillar and the side panel?
