I am solving oil overheating under high load

My only dilemma is if I need to use thermostatic adapter for oil cooler.
What do you think?

Hi there DC !!!!
Sorry to hear about the blue e21 , but congrates on the rebirth of the red e21 and love your work .
My wife would have a heart attack if she was in the car with me and I was going sideways , great to see that she enjoys the car as well . But if I was you , I would be putting that red e21 on the road for a daily driver.....
once again love your work and tell us how it all works out. Question though , Is Roxanne the name of your wife or the car ? mine is called Blue Betty .
Cheers Alpina323c1
