g/box brackets blasted and painted with metalic black enamel:
washers changed for stainless items
cleaned and fresh grease on linkage
more camber plates, if required for when the diff is installed.
Should be a few deliveries this week, but the big tidy up is going well, finding things i forgot I had.
I may convert the LSD to cooler with electric pump rather than the condenser unit.

Keep forgetting about that. But got a kit from Germany for opel's that use the same gearbox. £30 to my door so won't be much in it.
Hopefully have the Diff this week and give it a look over.

Xjs v12 and xj40 e-type is a conversion.
Explains the bullet proof reputation then.

Awesome. Great attention to detail... 'tidy up' is an understatement!

Thanks for the comments
Thats the weird situation im in, I can spare 1/2 hr or so here and there, so can do all the small jobs that make a difference, but just cant get the time to do the big ones.
Resorted to phoning 3 body shops to get full respray quotes to keep this thing moving, only 1 bothered to turn up to give me a price.
£1400 for full rubdown, 2k HB in white, rubdown, base clear whole car except engine bay.
How hard can it be to find small bodyshops who actually want your money.
May have a few more updates drive train wise this weekend.

1400 doesn't seem so bad really

Not really lazy, Jeroen, considering the effort you put into the website.
