time moved on and I have to share with about the progress with my car

I sold head with dbilas cam and Solex carbs aswell and downgraded the engine to L-jetronic injection with head from the e30 - it performs quite well and it´s more streetable which I wanted.

setup with rally cam and carbs was realy expensive to run and I don´t use the car for racing now, so I made joy to my friend who is building something similar just for racing.

and some photos

and this winter I am converting my engine to individual throttle bodies

I am in the begining now. I bought adapters between head and ITB and matched it together.

adapters are for M30 but M10 is little bit different

I made some progress today - I tried to mount it to my engine
Image

this is only joke - I won´t have it this way - but you can see wooden adapter between throttle bodies and airbox - I will make dural adapter later
Image

the result is, that I have to solve brake booster clearance - I need about inch of space more, then I have now

intake trumpets are very close to brake booster and brake fluid container - I will have to use smaller brake booster and relocate BFC :-)
