injectors and electric cables are installed on the engine, so the engine is ready and waiting. ( no pics

)

I found it was also time for a restoration on the engine bay.

most off the parts go in the trunk

grinding and spraying the basic paint

paint

ready for putting the engine back in

The past week I have put allmost everything back.

Yesterday I have allmost installed and connected the engine cable

and add some new protection around the mastercable

the moment off truth is getting closer

Nice work my buddy is doing

I just visited him today and again a little progress was made ... maylbe tomorrow first start up

I will try to take my camera with me so we can take a movie of that

This car keeps me from changing my hartge head .. I need that garage to do so ... just kiddin

.. if this one is finished the e21 head will be handled

Last weekend, we tried to start the engine.
It run's, butt only on 2 cyl.

After some investigation I found the problem.
There are 2 bad injectors (tested a few weeks ago ??)
Yesterday I have replaced the bad injectors and it's running fine now
