Thanks guys
Pictures are a bit-couple of months- late I'm afraid... car's already on the road but had not posted here for some time.
Much better than before:
-fires up immediately
-no more issues with fumes :fumes from the previous engine proved to be steam mixed with oil
-no oil spills at all (up to this moment) even though we had to remove the "labyrinth" inside the rocker cover, due to the use of ARP studs instead of bolts - so I am expecting to see some spills from time to time, however I haven't seen anything up to now
-Oil and Coolant levels in full up to now, no leaks and of course no consumption, like before
-more power, less noise and more economy even though it now has twin 45mm weber carbs vs the twin 40mm weber of the previous engine
-civilized and torquey from low rpm, I really can drive it making changes in 1500-2000 range, like a diesel if I want (although I know it is not the best thing to do with twin weber carbs)
-lately mechanic tuned the carbs even better, and a small stalling I was experiencing at about 2000 rpm is almost gone.
-sounds magically,it is addictive.
-fantastic on the motorway with the 3.45 which also helps it to be civilized in the city traffic, I may rethink about the 3.64 however as I seem to miss it a bit (to come to an older discuss we had Jeroen

)
BertjeConti what you saw there is not copper grease, it is a spray of liquid copper, used to strengthen the gasket
