A lot of very nice restorations happening at this time, but this is definitely one of my favourites. Can't wait to see it finished.

Thats just great! realy admire the work you've done / doing. Edition S is beautifull! Looks like you're almost there.

Did you refurbish your roof carpet, or did you get a new one somewhere?

Good luck on the last parts m8!

Headliner is new bmw oem, luckily it is still available. My old headliner was totally yellow. Previous owner was heavy smoker :?

Last big task is engine rebuilding. It's not ready yet but I've been cleaning old parts and collecting new ones:

Engine block is overbored 0,50mm, new mahle pistons are from e30 323i and the compression ratio will be 9,8 (stock is 9,5). Block is original from the exact same car, what means chassis and engine numbers match.
Cylinder head is standard small port e21 head but cast number says it's made in year 1988

You look young too! How do youngsters like yourself get the time and money to produce such amicable results? My student self can hardly wake in the morning let alone get down to restoring my Baur...

Nuga, very nice man, just a quick question, where did you get the main carpet from and also the ariel that is between the door and wing?

CRAZY!!! But i like it :D Respect - Nice Job Nuga..!! i also have an BMW 323i Edition S... but it's still in original condition (only radio and speakers are new). I'm a lucky one, because it still look very nice for an 25 years old BMW - still with original painting, of course in Ascot/Graphit!!! I have a few little scratches, but i want to keep the original painting...

My next steps are to recover the old Recaro-Seats and to repair the old BBS Mahle Wheels... i will post some pics....

Once again - well done Nuga!!! Your 323i is almost like a brand new Car - GREAT!!
