Its very quiet at idle compared to the worn out standard one i replaced.

sounds nice at 1500 and 2500 rpm, a nice low resonance.

when u accelerate it sounds great

heres the old one (no less than 10 repair patches )

My gold car has been parked up now, ive arranged for it to be garaged next week until i can start stripping it down
and getting it refurbished. This car has never let me down and ive daily driven it for 5 years the paint is ruined now
both front wings are rusty and it will need new sills. The bonnet has gone on my other car as the one i got with it had no mechanism
and two dirty great holes cut in it for bonnet pins.

Still needs lots of work, but also lots done!!

Hey Jimbob, its Jonathan who sold you this beauty, I still love that picture of it with the bbs rs on it and the engine and auto box were so smooth, much better than the manual I bought afterwards. I'm driving an estoril blue e46 m3 these days, all the best with getting goldfinger sorted
