Nope, but I have a package arrived from US today AND my local BMWdealer:

Polished wheels for less resistant weight, and a little bit of Bling Bling ;-)

Low-weight Fidenza 244mm in Alu as well:

And right + left rear inner wheelhouse:

I am afraid this was not that entertaining, but that's all for now folks! Maybe I'll get more time later this autumn....

A small update 02-10-2005...

Post by Pedi »

Not much of a update this either, but I have not been home that much lately - so as I had a few hours free, I just had to do some E21-work.

As I worked myself into the chassis - I realized that I must order some extra chassis-parts...

A frame for be sure of right measures afterwards:

Inner wheelhouse off:

A-pillar:

Hmm...

Maybe I'll have some more time next week, I'll keep you posted...

I am changing whole windshieldframe (you can see it laying there in the back), because of 3 reasons:

1: Rusty in corners... As usual..
2: I do have to modify because of my E30-cab convertion...
3: Outer A-pillar (with hinges..), front wheelhouse and windowframe are just like a puzzle - they are almost twisted together

Tomorrow I am going to BMW for ordering some more chassis-parts ( Found even rust on more parts now beneath A-pillar etc... Just see pictures)

New parts are always lovely..

I ordered some new parts today, and picked up my frontpanel:

Not that exiting, but I'll post more pics as progress proceeds.

you just need to sandblast this rust you dont need to replace panels becasue they are rusty, sandblasting removes 100% of rust if you do it properly, you will never have a rust free car, every old car has rust in the seams, you would have to rebuild the whole car to do this, you might as well buy a shell as you wouild be just taking one apart and putting it back together.

if you remove any more structural parts from your car then you will never get it straight again, if you remove anymore of your side ember parts then your car will simply never stay straight.
