Looks really lovely. Makes me miss my early m10 powered one. Would have been ripe for a V8 or S54 swap.

Great color wheel combination! I thinks I would paint the centers gold or silver, but I really dig them any way! Looking forward to see it complete.

already thought of that:
cleaned, blasted, painted, drained, flushed and filled with new slipper oil, cant remember what oil it was i used, was what opie oils recommended.
have another set of camber plates but might not bother with them.
will be installed when i convert to the dogleg and overhaul the rear beam and bush's
sizing up the rear calipers before overhaul.
will be easy to fit, upgrade rear to 300mm, one of the old calipers needs a rebuild anyway, so might as well upgrade at the same time,

Alloy Brembo's to match the front.

Discovered this topic just today, while i'm a regular visitor of this forum, bad bad for a E12 lover

.
NICE JOB you're doing
That 3.5 M30 engine you've got, is it a homemade upgrade? the second batch injectors and that strange looking exhaust manifolt don't look BMW at all.

The engine is as i bought it, but yes home made and installed to a E34 535i sport by a garage in Glasgow. The e34 535i that it came from got tail happy and crashed. The car was broken up and thats when i picked it up.
probably wont flow that well but will wait and see how it performs first before spending more on manifolds.
I finally figured out a use for the second injector mountings, megasquirt staged injection for nitrous.....eventually.
