Estimate on my car(so not this one) will be: approx €4000,-- bodyparts, like new side panels, boot floor, rear wheelhousing, labour: at least 1500 hours, probably more. Bert is much more experienced than me, so I expect him to use less hours

Note: this is just bodywork, no sealnt, no damping material, no paint, just metalwork.

I always wrote down how long i work (including friends) and how much money i need. At the moment: 121,5 hours and € 2.069,40

Looking really good!
Quick question though. Are you leaving your seems bare metal where you are joining your panels together or are you using a weld thru primer or something similar? I'm tackling a very similar job at the moment and am concerned about rust forming between the new bodywork. I may just be making myself crazy by worrying too much about it but I only want to do this job once!
