alright lads.

ok i have bowed to peer pressure and after you lot slag off the spoiler so much i decided to get my arse in gear and get my spare lid sprayed. I decided that while it is getting sprayed it would be the best time to get rid of that huge roundel badge in the middle of the bootlid and have it filled and smoothed over.

Looks much better now!

hi guys i will be going to the ace meet next week. I decided to fit the carb on that i picked up a little while ago with a bit of help from Retro beemer.

Its not the best pic though - it was starting to get dark.

Fitting a weber is a very simple task, which even though i know little to nothing about how a carb works i managed it fine. The car idles and revs so much better now and runs a little cooler.

should be able to tide me till i can get the m50 engine in.

The engine swap has been post poned till the end of june - as i want a month or so of getting the rest of it right and it takes time to get all the parts together.

I have been told my Gaz coilovers arrive at the end of the week now. I have lots n lots to do before the Ace meet.
