I am Raymond (39), married with Annie and together we have two children, Wouter (9) and Thomas (7). Like their father, both are crazy about cars, but also trains. I work as a senior hardware design engineer in Hengelo (Netherlands).

Next to driving and maintaining my E28S and E34S, I love spending time with my family. Other hobbies are skiing, Single ended directly heated Triode amplifiers, hiking, photography and (military) history. As part of my interest in the E34S and E28S I take part in organizing meetings, most important the annual E34S meeting in the Alps.

Photography is not only a hobby, but also enables me to document all my interests.

Hi, I'm Pete K. I'm originally from the country South of Sydney, Australia. I got into BMWs when I bought an Inka Orange e12 520i. When I was living in the tropics, a cyclone filled the e12 and it went mouldy and the interior had to be removed. The obvious answer, was then to take it racing! Eventually, this got a bit serious and my wife insisted I either cut back on the track days or get her a car as well. Obviously, I then proceeded to buy her a track car as soon as possible! This is where my life took a turn to the e21 side. We picked up a 1979 323i in Fjord Blue. It looked pretty good, but had a few issues. Turned out, there was quite a lot to do and we spent more than the purchase price on fixing it. Bearings, drive shaft, fuel system, springs, shocks, upholstery, stereo, rear parcel shelf, rust fixing, bushes, brakes, the list goes on.

Since then, it's been a slow and steady road to continuously improve it. Still much work to do, but just as much fun as always. Even though it didn't start as mine and it was never my passion, I've come to love the e21 and appreciate its look, lively handling, sportiness and fun factor. As a family, we're a bit mad for cars. I still have the e12 and there's been a few others. My dear Dad and I did a "car swap" where he bought me an e21 M535i (from England) and I bought him a 1967 Mustang (when I lived in America). I've had an e46 330xi and we currently have an e87 120i.

In order to pay for my BMW fun, I spend my time working in the mining industry. It's taken me all over the world. The main down side of this is time away from my BMWs (and family of course!).
