Installing the Fuel Pressure Regulator:

I'm re-installing the stock FPR.

How many O-rings/seals have to be installed between the fuel rail and the FPR?

One is for sure, and is also reported on the real oem site.

i'm asking this cause i have installed two times the stock FPR with new o-ring AND a hard plastic ring that i wondered it was there when i removed the FPR the first time.

I just put sequencially the plastic seal and the rubber o-ring on the FPR probe between FPR and injection rail, but the rubber o-ring keeps breaking and so leaking gas.
(two times now).

help?

The hard plastic ring is to be installed on the fuel injectors only. The FPR only uses one black rubber o-ring... which is the same type as the ones used for the injectors.
