Buy a "new" dash. They are around, maybe more over in Germany and The Netherlands, that are uncracked, since we don't have that much sunhours as you do over in Portugal.

Exhaust should be pretty ok I guess. As for the dash, there are businesses specializing in repairing dashboards and they can be found anywhere. The can fix them and even put the original structure and color back on. Lots easier and prolly cheaper as well compared to locating a good dash, having it shipped and then go through the trouble of fitting it.
