3 hours from here so with 6 hours of driving and 1-2 hours of checking out a car that's a day's work haha. I might want to consider that but I don't have a day to spare until early May.

What do you want to check out? I live 30min from the German border, but traffic depending Lippstadt still is two to two-and a halve hours, so in all a days work.

I am investigating a Kellison that is allegedly for sale in Lippstadt.

Trouble is that the guy who only speaks german has given up answering my questions (translated via Microsoft thingie)

So I don't know where in Lippstadt he or the car is!

I am considering going back in time- hence the search for a SBC engined pre 60 sportsracer- Devin (too small) Scarab- the best but only 4 made- Cheetah- miss the cutoff - there are many others!

Kellison info here:

A friend of mine is located in Holland and he has made his business out of this, checking classics and especially competition examples, and he more than knows his business. Comes with a price of course but if you'd like to get in touch with him let me know.

Can we get the Manx Classic all done and dusted before I get back to you? Absolutely fantastic array of cars

Not a problem of course and if you're planning to go there yourself you may still want to take him with you. He really knows a lot, and the right people. Can't make it public here but I will email you a pic to give you an impression of the kind of sheds that are wasting his time :P
