hello peeps thought id tell a bit about my car
The bloke I got it from was living in his dads old house sadly his dad passed away. Because he's a single man and no kids and the house wasn't for him, so he had to move Locally so I managed to get a deal. He was meant to be out the house by march this year so I offered him 400 cash but he said he was looking for more than that, so I gave him my number and said "look have a think and give me a shout", he never got back to me so went round there to see if he still had it and he did. This was nearly the end of Feb so I thought I'll offer him £125 scrap price, he wasn't having any of it so I made a final offer of £150.I pointed out to him the cars been off the road for 4 years and it would be hard to find another buyer in such sort time ect. Finally he agreed to the £150 so went there at the weekend after buying it, put £20 fuel in, got towed back stuck it in 4th for about mile let the fuel get round then a few more miles down the road she fired straight up so we found out she's a runner
. From then I've given it a good clean, shampoo, polish, wax, and started working on it a bit. The crank seal had gone as it was sat for a while so I did that, brought some new wheels, BBS "15 inch 7.5 8.5 j, gave it a full service still got a lot to do, brakes more engine work, leads pipes etc.
ill be updating soon and put some picture up
