The 318i engine is the most fun, next to the 323i 6cillinder. But as it has injection, its not a straight swap. You need a fuelpump and some more stuff. There is lots of info about the conversion, here on the forum. And questions are to be asked, many usefull replies will follow.
The older 320i, so the 4 cilinder with injection is also a fun engine, but I would take the 318i, being more modern.
Nice car in a great colour, btw.

Yeah I have really come to liking this colour a lot also! At first I was toying with the idea to have it resprayed in the BMW gold, but sticking with the blue for sureuwbuurman wrote:Silver, but what a lovely colour it is. It amazes me everytime
