Recaro seats for e12

I'm looking for e12 recaro seats for our E12 but that is not an easy job.
What are the options: seats from an e24 or e21.
I heard that seats from an e24 will fit.. Every e24 or just type 1?
Is there a Recaro guru who can tell me more about which seat will fit and which one doesn't

Only Type 1 E24 will fitt. They are the same as used in the E12 M535i .
A set of black leather one's are on stock at classicbmwparts.nl They are still in the e24 and so not in the webshop.
They need restoration so you can make them in any color you want.

from which year is your e12
when it is a young e12, the seats of an e28 or type 2 e24 will also fit

It is a type1 from 1975... so i think it is a early one!
Joost visit you for the mirrors and he told me you have e28 seats in your e12.
I will visit e23baur soon to see the options!
