Ex-UK 1981 E21 316 in Australia

Post by sinkman »

I finally got this car back after 3 months! COVID lockdown is VERY harsh here in Melbourne Australia! :protest

Having had 105 Alfa's over the years I was interested to see what this car drove like after it was sorted.

I can only say it is nothing short of a complete delight to drive. Aside from the BBS wheels the car is stock - quite rare I think.
It is the update with the 1800cc engine and 5 speed manual. It has AC and electric mirrors and they work!

The car drives with no shakes or rattles and no wind noise on the freeway! Not even my modern cars so that!
The Biscay blue duco over the gold BBS is a nice combination

The car has been in Australia for over 20 years and has just on 98k Kms.

A delightful car.

Is there a trick to adding pictures?

Best Regards
Phil

Welcome here, nice to read your enthusiasm on your e21!

You van check the general section; a how-to post pictures topic can be found at the top of the page. Using the search function also does the trick.

Greetz,
Walter.

Great to hear it's bring so much joy to a Alfa Romeo fan... must say that these two brands are probably the closest relatives when it comes to the pleasures of driving actively. Looking forward to those pics!
