Im trying to swap my original steering wheel for a custom one I've got but not too sure on how to remove it

Any tips, or videos, can't find any video tutorials on the web

With a screwdriver you can remove the BMW-cap from the center. Behind it is a big nut, something like 24mm from the top of my mind, turn it against the clock, while holding the steering wheel.

When it all comes loose, it becomes exciting because of some springs and copper inserts. Don’t loose them, this is the slip ring for the horn.

Only undo the nut two or three turns, then pull the wheel off the splines. If you remove it completely, and the splines are a bit stuck, then with you pulling with all your force, when it does release, it may hit you in the face and ruin your day!
