I have a 1982 320i (stock) and I am getting some slight needle movement when driving on the highway around 70 or so mph. The rest of the speeds the needle is steady. It doesn't do this all of the time and only moves about 2-3 mph, just think it's weird. Any ideas or is this normal behavior?

Yes, this is normal behavior, speedo is mechanical driven with a cable.
