Brake issues

Help needed…

Really struggling with the brakes.

I’ve bled them with a pressure bleeder until no air is present but pedal is still spongy and travels to the floor and brakes non existent.

Bled many times, more air comes out then same again.

I can get a pedal after pumping it but leave for a couple of mins then travels to the floor again

So many attempts at bleeding caused the master cylinder to leak so another new one fitted but exactly same again.

All brakes lines and flexis are new
New master cylinder
323 front and rear brakes

The car has had full refurbish
The car in question is a 1982 320/6 with m20b25 fitted

What am I missing? It it something to do with 323 brakes on a 320?

All sorted, I had the rear calipers on the wrong sides of the car!!
I’ve been trying to solve this for weeks 🤣

And within 5 hours after writing it down! You should have written earlier 😬

But congratulations, again one step closer.
