323i Baur for sale in the Spokane Washington Area (I'm not the owner)

He claims its a grey market Euro spec 323i, just thought I would forward this post as it seems to be priced right.

Obviously it needs paint work but I believe these are quite a rarity in the states. I am not being paid to post this, and I am not the owner, and I don't even know the guy in the slightest. Please do not pm me for details as I have no more than the ads details.
Just think it might be a easy way for someone to avoid the associated bump in cost with BAT auctions/importing.
