Obviously you are usung vented discs, 22mm?
The Powerlite accepts disc diameters from 240mm to 285mm and 2 disc thickness, solid (9-13mm) or vented (20-22mm). Piston diameters 1.00", 1.25" or 1.38.''
Part Numbers For Ordering:
Part Number-------Bore Size-----------Disc Width
120-8729---------1.38" 35.1mm-------.79"-.86" vented
120-8726---------1.38" 35.1mm-------.35"-.50" solid
120-8728---------1.25" 31.8mm-------.79"-.86" vented
120-8725---------1.25" 31.8mm-------.35"-.50" solid
120-8727---------1.00" 25.4mm-------.79"-.86" vented
120-8724---------1.00" 25.4mm-------.35"-.50" solid
There are a few options of powerlite calipers, which ones have you all gone for?

call rally design, you need 2 brake hoses 60cm long with m10 x 1 female fittings and then 2 x willwood to metric adaptors, (male imperial end screws in the willy and male m10 x 1 for the pipe.) jobs a good un! should cost you about £35 inc vat and postage, postage is silly so bulk together n get em cheaper
Plenty of clearance under 13" rims
Also no extra pedal play for me after careful bleeding of the rear brakes.
