Dear E21 team
Thought I would bring to your attention news of a Camaro circuit racer shortly to be put up for sale
please see my post on CCCUK forum here:
http://www.classiccamaroclubuk.com/phpB ... =15&t=2076
I know you guys won't like this but the early Camaro has a number of advantages over E21
1 A v8 as standard
2 A arm IFS
3 Pre 1970 cutoff
huge parts inventory
less numerous in period
Far few survivors today
eligibility in many more events race series
But otherwise they are very similar- except BMW continued to make cars that sold well - but Chevy almost completely forgot the heritage and then woke up again 5 years too late to launch the Gen5 Camaro and have been outgunned by Shelby Mustnags ever since ............... just like 1967.
