E30 320is / s50 300bhp

Due to unforeseen illness / personal circumstances I have to sell my e30.

I may listen to offers so long as they're sensible or consider p/x with cheaper BMW.

Reg number is E346 HGU as personal plate is being retained.

Car is road legal with Tax and MOT till next Spring.

Spec:
• BMW 320 IS shell Italian import
• Diamond Black original BMW colour
• rust free no sun roof shell
• 3.0 M3 engine and gear box (which has only covered 80k) Conversion done by BimmerSport.
• 25mm VW master cylinder
• Denso iridium spark plugs
• Full Scorpion stainless exhaust
• BTB 6 branch steel manifold
• 15 x 7 Gloss Black BBS RZ motorsport wheels with 205/50/15 road tyres
• 15 x 7 Silver BBS RZ motorsport wheels with 200/580/15 Dunlop racing wets
• 16 x 8&9 LM type alloys and Goodyear tyres
• Simteca sports induction filter with front and side intakes
• New sachs sports clutch fitted in 2011
• ARP crank bolts and new shells when bottom end off
• Catch tank
• Bexley Motor Sport thermostat blank plate for lower engine temps

Interior:
• OMP 6 point cage mounted on plates and welded
• Sparco XL
• carbon door cards all round
• sabelt 5 point harness
• plumbed in Lifeline fire extinguisher and 12v cut out
• Alcantra steering wheel on Sparco snap-off boss

• Gaz Gold Pro coilover suspension set up. New in 2011. Fully height and shock adjustable.
• Bespoke Gaz springs for the car – 650lbs front; 350 rear.
• Rear alloy top mounts
• e30 M3 alloy front wishbones
• uprated H&R antiroll bars all round
• new 25mm hubcentric spacer kit to front
• H&R 10mm spacers on rear

Brakes:
• Bespoke 298.5mm discs with Wilwood 4 pot calipers.
• Hawk sprint pads – front set up
• Std 325i rear disc and caliper set up with drilled discs.
• EBC orange race pads – rear set up
• Goodridge braided hoses all round
• Super Blue racing brake fluid
• Demon tweeks air ducts into bumpers
• 70 mm racing ducting direct to discs for better cooling

Aero/exterior:
• M3 lightweight fibreglass rear spoiler
• M3 lightweight fibreglass bonnet
• Lightweight rear boot lid with aero catch quick release
• M3 evo front lip spolier.
• Standard MSport front bumper and body kit (rear bumper and side skirts)
• Four canards/dive planes added to help with front end turn in
• Bespoke rear diffuser
• E30 M3 style rear spoiler with adjustable DTM flap. 320i rear lip spoiler painted in black below
• Bespoke rear diffuser
• Inner light removed and air vent direct to filter. Added 6 bhp on dyno
• Piping through front engine area to filter too
• E30 DTM mirrors painted in Diamond Black
• ACW Motorsport polycarb full window set – fronts, rear 3/4s and rear replacement for less weight. Comes with slider for Driver and PX
• Front harness to tow eye for quick track removal. Rear eye tow link
• Locking Aerocatch bonnet pins for front bumper and rear boot lid
• HID headlight kit with RHD light set up

Work in 2011:
April
• New ARB drop links
• MOT sorted and Uk registered
• 4 wheel alignment and camber done
• nearside wheel bearing changed
• propshaft gater and O ring replaced connecting to gearbox
• new plate area welded to jacking point and new jacking plate built
• new exhaust rubbers
• new oil and filter
• gearbox oil replaced
July
• BBS wheels sprayed matt black with 888s on another set of cross spoke 15" BBS wheels - ET 24
• slicks fitted to above wheels.
• rear arches rolled a bit
• removed spacers on rear so no rubbing at all now
• Oil & Filter change
• Front and rear spoliers repainted in Diamond Black
• rollers at Sanspeed in Bexleyheath...
295 BHP and AFR running spot on which was main reason for going.
October:
• new oil & filter (after spa n ring trip)
• new HID lights fitted
• new power steering pipe (was leaking)
• new speedo head
• front bumper re painted
• canards fitted
• fuel tank removed and cleaned out
• New ARB drop links
April 2012:
• new oil & filter
• new polycarb window kit and sliders fitted
June 2012
• new oil & filter
• new 25mm hubcentric spacer kit to front – spacers bolts to hub then studs into the spacers. Safer, less hassle and has removed any wheel wobble at high speed
• corner weighted.
• Weighed on electronic system at 1100KG with half tank of fuel
• New Odyssey dry race battery fitted in car with holding cage. All wiring diverted from rear boot area
August 2012
• new oil & filter
• air ducting and piping fitted for better brake cooling
• thermostat blank plate fitted for lower engine temps

This E30 is extremely lightweight and properly fast.

Everything that is not needed has been stripped for pure performance, the handling is excellent.

Obviously a build such as this can cost a large sum of money but, due to my current situation, I am looking for around £8k however, I will consider sensible offers.

* please note a sensible offer isn't a ropey 316 and £500 cash *

Price seems ok, since lhd can be interesting for someone over here as well!
