Car is really coming along nicely and looking fantastic. Graphite is the original color of my car but was changed to black before I got it. Had plans to keep it black when I get to that point in the restoration, but every time I see a nice graphite gray car I have second thoughts. It's going to be a hard decision! Keep up the good work!

Oh Jeff, graphite is Such a great colour and much less dirty, I mean, you see everything on black.

JB, great steps towards a stunning end result!

Thanks Jeff, graphite is much easier to keep clean than black. Its allot easier to spray aswell .
I would go for the graphite every time i love it on old BMWs
Good luck on your restoration

I have got some other small things out of the way..

Drilled the holes in the sills to fit the subframe plates

Image

fitted the rear stainless hoses to the brake pipes at the rear

Image

Image

Got the brake servo and linkage hooked up

Image

front subframe in place

Rear bearings and brakes will be next
