Brakepad wear sensor

Does anyone have a wiring diagram of how and where the wires are connected in E21 323i?

My dashboard light is constantly on. I suspect this light won’t go off before pad sensors are connected, is this right?

Correct! Just put a sensor in, and you're good to go!

Ok, I will put them, both in when I get the rear sensor. I have E30 calipers, so I bought pad sensor for E30.
So I then assume that this is an serial circuit, where both pad sensors and handbrake is making a complete loop...

Yeah, sensorhole in the pads are the same. It'll work fine.
