There was little break while,so maybe 700-800 hours total. Who knows. :roll: Roughly 8 k€ so far. Depend how you count. :D Because I have 2/78 323i too and bought some parts for that also. After few years I'm still poor but hopefully have pair of nice e21. :twisted:

I love your work...
I am moved by the same reasons as you-money for fun, not thinking about the economical issues, what the car is worth etc. (and my car is topasbraun as well :lol: )
So some day I may do the same as you did...
