After quite a few years of 6 cil touring car competition BMW has now unveiled the competitor for the 2006 WTCC: it's the E90 320Si with a 1998cc straight 4 producing 275 HP @ 8500rpm (WTCC limit is 8500rpm).

Well, shame about the lack of 6 cyl engine, but it does look pretty damn awesome!! :P

Hmm, a lightweight 4 cylinder with 275 HP? Not bad at all.
