Picked up this beaut yesterday. Manual, LSD, 3" exhaust and E34 V8 alloys, imported from Japan at some stage, drifts lovely. I absolutely love this car but insurance is proving a problem...
wow i like these theyre the only manual 7s arent they

It spins very well I can guarentee! A fair amount of rubber has now been left all over the farm, well additional rubber since my E30 also drifts quite well!
Hannah, I can get insured on it, just not as cheaply or easily as I had hoped. My E30 318is is my daily and ideally I would swap it for this black 735i, Flux won't insure me on it on my current 318is policy so I have to restart my policy and pay £710 a year (the E30 is currently £380). Lame.
So I thought I would go to plan B and swap it on my classic insurance which my current white 735i (auto) is on. My black and white 735i's are the exact same car (transmission aside) and will have the same mods, Lancester refuse to insure it because it's 3 years newer. It's the same car!!! I can cancel this policy and try another one somewhere else though, but ideally my E21 needs to come onto my classic insurance at somepoint so I don't want it disrupted.
The ideal situation would be to swap it for the E30 at no extra cost and I would have two E32 735i's on the road!! One for pimping, one for tracking (and selling drugs). I'm 25 in October so I might just wait until then and get new quotes, which is a shame as I want to use it now!
Jason, the exact same car. I missed it several months ago when it was last for sale on DW and I was really gutted. In the end it worked out for the best as the prop was replaced and there's a boot full of brand new discs and pads ready to sort the brakes!
I agree with the turbo. I have a sequential LPG kit on an E34 520i I thought about robbing it and sticking it on this to soley run on LPG. I don't know much about turbos but I heard that LPG works well with turbos and I might not have to mess around with rebuilding the engine due to less chance of detonation.
LPG i would say works worse with turbos, if for some reason the gas leans off it will run weak as hell! depends if its single injector or multi? if it is single it would be like going back to single injection turbo cars like the starion. notttt goooddd!!
I think you should sell me your white beast its tooooo awesome to be sat at the farm and not dealing drugs and upsetting policeman

Oh dear, complicated much! Was going to suggest Flux too, as I'm using them for the gti, the cheapest by far because they apparently specialise in faster cars?
Well this was taken yesterday as my dad drove off in it! (he needs to use it as it's the only car with a towbar at the moment)
It failed on Friday afternoon... on wiperblades and where I twisted the brake hose when I put the caliper back on after changing the disc and pads on the front offside. I took it to my local garage, got everything sorted and it was retested on those two items and it was green slip time!
I've already managed to muller one of the style 5s on the back after coming out of a junction sideways and clipping the kerb! Not bent, just a lot of kerb rash!
