Those guys are unbelieveable

I am sure you have seen Connor Cummins' crash- well he is one of the favourites this year- see closer to the edge.
some hollywood operation is looking at a movie.............

so far we have had 2 deaths (one a competitor) and stacks of accidents (mostly tourists) and we escaped yesterday- no idea what happened on "Mad Sunday" - which was today
Can't be maintained forever vs "Elf and Safety!! Book your trip soon
on our ferry/speedy seacat yesterday there were 400 motorbikes on it disembarking

I think it would be a real sad day, if we were to lose events like this. I know it's dangerous (all m/sport is) but I think people should be able to choose, if they want to enter and compete. Any death or injury is sad, but at least they died doing what they loved. I used to ride bikes but wouldn't ever kid myself that I had the minerals to ride like these guys.

AP50
RD50
RD250F with Allspeeds, rear sets etc
X7 280 kit & Microns
RD400DX with Allspeeds
RD350LC with Allspeeds
DT175MX & KDX175
Raced RM
RD500LC V4
Kawasaki Z650J

This was back in mid 80's when not many bikes did much more than a genuine 100mph. Apart from Z1000's and Katana etc and they were out of my league. I was into 2 strokes anyway, which is why I got myself massively in debt for the RD500. I preferred the old 400 though really. Then I started motocross and bought the DT175 & KDX for the road, raced an RM500 which was way too powerful for me. Crashed it. Discovered cars. The end.

Ive got a cg 125 at my house in Pakistan. To me its feels like the fastest thing on earth as its brakes dont really work well. Ive got a real respect for these iom racers. Every fibre of thier being must be overcome for the speeds they do.
