new job at sharps customs

Post by nas80 »

for the last 10 years i have been working as an IT consultant and it was a pretty cushy job.

I was getting bit bored of it though, and a few weeks ago i got notice of redundancy, which was a blessing in disguise as i was nearly ready to hand my notice in.

I have in these last ten years gained a professional level of tooling, and hundreds of hours of experience, and confidence to start working as a mechanic.

To that end I was about to buy a business, but that didnt go through as the guy wasnt really ready to sell.

So i am teaming up with Sharps customs, as head mechanic.

Currently sharp customs offers a complete restoration service, and the best thing is unlike many restoration companies, they do not mind making modifications, as such they have been awarded many many trophies over the years. Many people send split screen campers, e types, old mgs and old American classics to Sharps customs for restoration from all over the world.

I will be heading up the drivetrain modifications (engine swaps etc) and general mechanical restoration.

Please have a browse and contact me if you wish to get a quotation.
