Hi jeroen: i'd like to now the standard diameter of the s14 cylinder.

Due to the fact that i'm rebuilding my engine i was offered to buy forged pistons and rings instead of the stock oversized ones.
I've read about thermal expansion and weight issues that would tell us that that's not the way to follow.
Do you now anybody who runs forged aluminum pistons?

Another option was to buy some EVOIII pistons but i should overbore to 95mm my cylinder!

Stock pistons are 93,355 mm. Can't give you any further advice on this subject though, no experience there...
