So who's planning on going this year?
I know we've had a club stand the last couple of years with previous success of gathering quite a few e21's!

Its a great day out with a massive field of varied cars from minters to really cool buckets of rust so there's really something for everyone.
Not to mention all the cool cars they have tearing up the hill climb!
We even had two cars from this forum go up the hill last year.

last year there was a massive thunder and rain storm, it sucked.

I am going to be doing a tour of wales (road trip) this year instead of any shows so I'm pretty glad Joe has stepped up to take over this job of organising a stand.

you better hurry though, as theres probably only 20% show ground left.id even expect the camping to be fully booked by now.

2 years ago we had a great turn out, I think the weather out a lot of people off last year but it's a great day.
Anyone else interested?? Even if it's not an e21 it'll be welcome with us I'm happy to book us a club stand.

With the weather we've had sofar it's bound to be wonderful in August this year! Really hope there will be a few more E21's. Bring a camera, too!

Right I've went ahead and booked us a stand seen as they're 95% full already.

I'm hoping we get a few more cars to join.
I've put the name down as BMWe21forum.net and the passes will be sent out to me, I've asked for 5.

There's a possibility I can make it in the Baur, but it depends on wheelchair access from the stand around the site.
Also, it'll be the first show I've been to since the cars been back on the road. I've actually avoided them cos I wasn't sure what people's reactions would be seeing as it's not finished yet and still needs a few jobs doing...

In terms of the car, RRG is great because everything goes, as long as its old and can get there, from pristine cars to barely running. It'll fit in!

The site itself is a field and there's a hill. Some club stands are at the bottom of the hill and I would say a lot of the show would be accessible (wet grass would change this obviously).

I'll send them an email to see if they could accommodate us.

Yes indeed it's a cool event.
Unbelievable rainfall last year spoiled it somewhat,but hey that's the English summertime for you.

Bigmeat, I've emailed them asking if its possible to get a stand with good wheelchair access but they've not gotten back to me yet.
