Install Duel Weber dcoe 40 on 320i

Hello, Has anyone installed a Duel Weber dcoe 40 carburetor on a 320i that can share their experience? What do I need to note and prepare?

Hi Hector, welcome. A proper introduction of yourselve and the e21 is more than welcome. We do like a lot of pictures here. How nice that you have found your way to the forum.

If it is and 320i indeed, that it will be a 4 cilinder with fuel injection. Why would you rip all that stuff off and out to make it a carb engine?

If its not an 320i, but a 320/4, than you have the 4 cilinder carb engine, I don't know anyone that has done the conversion to Webers on that engine.

Most likely you'll have an 320/6, m20 straight 6 cilinder with carb. Yes that is possible to convert. I know that the conversion leads to a manual choke. More details will com from Peter I think, bu in the meanwhile, please give some more details of the car (intro?)
