15" wheels ET20 8J Any good?

Hey guys. As per the title really. Looking at buying some wheels for my car. I am looking at these specifically...

JR9 Wheels

They state that they will be a square set up of 8J rims with an offset of ET20. The tyres are 195/50/15. My vehicle is lowered by 40mm, arches are in their standard state.

WIll these work with no arch work? Seen issues with the track rod ends as well? Just don't want to be buying wheels that are not going to fit correctly.

If alterations are going to be needed what do you think I will need to do? Want to avoid seeing them stick out of the wheel arches at all costs!

Would a narrower wheel be better say 7J with ET20?

Ciao, li ha avuti mio figlio sulla Golf III, purtroppo la qualita' si è dimostrata scarsa ed hanno fatto ossidazione dopo pochi mesi.
Li hanno sostituiti in garanzia.
